[Hiring] Senior Machine Learning Engineer / Applied Data Scientist @SGF Global

Role Description

We are looking for a passionate and experienced data scientist to join a leading organization in the technology sector. In this role, you will contribute to developing, deploying, and maintaining machine learning models, partnering with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions, and leveraging cloud platforms for large-scale data processing.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deploy, and maintain machine learning, statistical, and optimization models to solve business problems and improve operational performance.
• Partner with product owners, business stakeholders, data engineers, and software engineers to translate business requirements into scalable analytical solutions.
• Perform data wrangling, feature engineering, exploratory data analysis (EDA), and model evaluation using Python and SQL.
• Design and build reusable analytics workflows, automated pipelines, and production-ready machine learning solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Python, SQL, Machine Learning, Statistical Modeling, and Feature Engineering.
• Experience with Databricks, Spark/PySpark, Snowflake, or other distributed data processing platforms.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Experience with MLOps tools such as MLflow, Azure ML, SageMaker, Kubeflow, or equivalent.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience building and deploying production-grade machine learning solutions.
