Role Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Senior AI Solutions Architect to design and deliver enterprise-grade, agentic AI solutions. This pivotal role involves leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and integrating them with critical business platforms such as ServiceNow, ERP systems, and data & analytics environments. The ideal candidate will translate complex business challenges into innovative AI-driven workflows, automation, and seamless system integrations, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, and production-ready. This is a 100% remote position, requiring alignment with Portugal business hours (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM or 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM Portugal time).

Qualifications

• Software Engineering Background
• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong backend development expertise (Python preferred)
• Proven experience designing and delivering Generative AI solutions in enterprise environments
• Hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT-4o, o-series models) within Microsoft Azure environments
• Strong understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Grounding strategies
• Experience designing Agentic AI systems, including Orchestrator architectures and Multi-agent architectures
• Experience integrating AI solutions with ServiceNow, Salesforce, ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, Enterprise integration patterns, OAuth, Microsoft Entra ID, RBAC
• Ability to design end-to-end workflows across multiple enterprise systems
• Experience with performance, scalability, reliability, observability, logging, monitoring, KPI definition
• Experience with AI safety mechanisms and operational guardrails
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, Docker, Azure Container Apps, Azure App Services
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions)
