Role Description

CSC Generation is building AI-native creative production as a core capability across its portfolio of 13 brands. As Senior AI Creative Automation Lead , you will build the workflows, personally generate production-grade assets, and establish the operating system for creative automation that growth teams rely on across paid, ecommerce, and brand channels.

Success in the first 6–12 months means:

• Shipping photoreal, commercially usable AI creative into live business environments.
• Standing up repeatable variant-generation and testing workflows.
• Measurably increasing creative throughput without sacrificing quality or learning velocity.

This is a lean team. You will own a lot, move fast, and make decisions with full end-to-end responsibility.

What You'll Do

• Build AI-native workflows for image, video, copy, resizing, QA, approvals, and deployment across portfolio brands.
• Personally create and refine assets across channels, especially where speed and quality both matter.
• Establish prompt structures, model-selection logic, reference workflows, naming conventions, and QA standards that turn scattered experiments into repeatable systems.
• Generate creative variants for testing across Meta, display, email, landing pages, and other growth surfaces.
• Partner with performance marketing and growth teams to connect creative output to testing plans, measurement, and readouts.
• Build segmentation-aware variant workflows that tailor angles, formats, hooks, or offers to different audiences while staying within legal, platform, and brand guardrails.
• Push for photoreal, premium output and know when to use AI-only workflows, hybrid workflows, or traditional approaches.
• Help train internal teams on what good AI creative production actually looks like and how to adopt these systems in practice.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in creative production, performance creative, design systems, automation, or AI-enabled content workflows.
• Clear evidence of having built real workflows, not just casual experimentation with AI tools.
• Strong creative taste and a high quality bar for imagery, motion, and brand execution.
• Hands-on experience with generative image, video, and copy tools, including prompt design, iteration strategy, references, and QA.
• Proven ability to create work that is commercially usable, not just technically interesting.
• Experience creating or supporting creative testing for paid media, ecommerce, or growth channels.
• Ability to personally produce or direct photoreal creative output that minimizes obvious AI artifacts.
• Strong builder mentality: you like shipping, refining, and proving systems in real operating environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Meta creative testing, paid social experimentation, or performance creative operations.
• Experience building audience-specific variant systems for advertising or lifecycle marketing.
• Experience in ecommerce, retail, lifestyle, home, fashion, or design-led consumer brands.
• Familiarity with automation tooling, APIs, structured prompts, and workflow orchestration.
• Experience teaching creative or marketing teams how to use AI systems in practice.

Interview Process

• Recruiter Screen: A 30-minute conversation with our recruiting team to align on the role, your background, and what you are looking for.
• Hiring Manager Interview: Discussion with the Chief Growth Officer focused on quality bar, systems thinking, and operating style.
• Portfolio Review: Walkthrough of shipped work, workflows, and before/after examples demonstrating creative taste and systems thinking.
• Practical Exercise: Live or take-home exercise involving asset generation, workflow design, and testing-system thinking.
• In-Person Interview: We'd like to meet you at our Austin or Toronto office. Details and logistics will be arranged with your recruiter.
• Reference Checks: Conducted in parallel with the final stages where possible.
• Offer: We move quickly for the right candidate.

Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 a year
