Role Description

We are seeking an accomplished Principal, Autonomous Enterprise Consulting to join our leadership team. This is a high-impact, client-facing role designed for a visionary professional with strong executive presence, deep expertise in emerging AI technologies, and a proven track record of driving large-scale business transformation.

In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to senior client executives (VP, SVP, and C-suite), helping them navigate the rapidly evolving AI landscape. You will identify where AI can create meaningful business value, define pragmatic transformation roadmaps, and translate emerging technologies — such as Generative AI and agentic workflows — into actionable, high-impact business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Executive Advisory: Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to senior executives (VP, SVP, and C-suite) on AI strategy, AI-enabled business transformation, Generative AI, agentic AI, intelligent automation, and the operating model changes required to scale AI across the enterprise.
• Engagement Leadership: Shape and lead comprehensive AI advisory engagements, including opportunity assessments, use-case prioritization, AI operating models, governance, responsible AI, and full-scale enterprise AI transformations.
• Business Development & Solutioning: Provide senior leadership throughout the entire sales lifecycle — from initial discovery and relationship building to opportunity shaping, proposal development, executive presentations, and multi-disciplinary solution design.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with global capability teams to seamlessly integrate strategy, consulting, data, AI engineering, cloud, and industry expertise to address complex client needs.
• Practice Growth: Contribute actively to the expansion of our Autonomous Enterprise practice through market development, intellectual capital/thought leadership creation, recruiting, mentoring, and building internal capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experienced Leader: 10+ years of professional consulting experience in AI/ML and Intelligent Automation, with a clear history of career progression — including 5+ years leading multi-disciplinary teams of 10+ consultants.
• Domain Expert: Deep expertise in cutting-edge AI technologies and methodologies, including Generative AI, agentic AI, machine learning, AI engineering, intelligent automation, data strategy, and enterprise AI transformation.
• C-Suite Communicator: Proven track record of advising, presenting to, and building long-term relationships with C-suite and SVP-level executives across multiple industry verticals.
• Growth Driver: Demonstrated experience managing engagement portfolios of $10M+ annually, with stellar solutioning and selling capabilities.
• Industry Versatility: Deep expertise in one or more key sectors such as Retail, Life Sciences, Financial Services, Telecommunications, Manufacturing, Energy & Utilities, or Technology.
• Process Excellence: A strong background in Business Process Re-engineering; proven experience applying process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen) is a major plus.
• Dynamic Mindset: An outcome-focused leader with a commanding executive presence, exceptional communication skills, and a genuine passion for solving complex, ambiguous business problems while holding teams accountable.
