Role Description

We are hiring an ML / LLM Engineer to build an intelligent system that predicts whether a product will be a winner or non-winner based on attributes like color, fabric, sleeve type, and other inputs. You will work on transforming an existing AI/agent system into a data-driven prediction engine .

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy ML models and LLM-based solutions for product outcome prediction
• Build workflows where users input product details and receive predictive insights
• Enhance an existing AI agent into a decision-making/prediction system
• Work with product and assortment data for feature engineering and modeling
• Integrate LLM capabilities to improve reasoning and contextual understanding
• Continuously evaluate and improve model performance

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Machine Learning / AI Engineering
• Strong knowledge of predictive modeling and classification techniques
• Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Llama, etc.)
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow)
• Experience working with structured data, model evaluation, and pipelines

Requirements

• Experience with GenAI, RAG pipelines, or prompt engineering
• Exposure to MLOps and model deployment
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure / AWS)
