Role Description

We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join a development team building conversational AI solutions for consumer-facing digital products. This role focuses on designing, developing, and integrating intelligent chatbot systems powered by Generative AI technologies.

• The ideal candidate has foundational experience with Azure, GenAI concepts, and data orchestration tools such as LangChain or Apache Airflow.
• Passionate about delivering scalable, user-friendly conversational experiences.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of experience in software engineering (flexible depending on GenAI exposure)
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Azure cloud services
• Foundational understanding of Generative AI (GenAI) concepts and LLM-based applications
• Experience with orchestration tools such as LangChain and/or Apache Airflow
• Proficiency in at least one backend programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript/TypeScript)
• Exposure to NLP concepts and evaluation techniques
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs
• Understanding of data pipelines and workflow orchestration
• Familiarity with Git and version control

Requirements

• Experience with Azure OpenAI or other LLM providers (Nice to Have)
• Knowledge of vector databases and embeddings (Nice to Have)
• Familiarity with chatbot frameworks or conversational platforms (Nice to Have)
• Experience with real-time messaging or event-driven architectures (Nice to Have)
• Experience deploying AI applications in production (Nice to Have)
