[Hiring] GTM Engineer / AI Engineer @The Global Talent Co.

Role Description

Global Talent Co. is looking for a GTM Engineer / AI Engineer to own and scale an AI-powered growth engine. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role working directly with the founders to define how growth happens at the company — from first touch to retention.

What You'll Own

• Architect and scale GTM systems across sales, marketing, and product
• Lead development of AI agents and workflows that automate key parts of the funnel
• Orchestrate tools like Salesforce and HubSpot into a unified system
• Turn product and user data into actionable growth signals
• Build intelligent workflows — lead scoring, routing, outbound triggers, onboarding flows
• Define how AI is used across the entire customer lifecycle
• Partner closely with founders on growth strategy, experiments, and priorities

Qualifications

• Proven experience building systems that directly impacted growth or revenue
• Strong systems thinker with an end-to-end mindset
• Experience building workflows using APIs, automation tools, or light code
• Comfortable with AI tools, agents, or LLM-powered workflows
• High ownership, bias for action, and ability to move from idea to measurable impact fast

Requirements

• You've built internal tools or automations that became critical to a business
• You understand how sales, marketing, and product interact in practice
• You enjoy working at the core of a business alongside founders
• You thrive in ambiguous, high-leverage environments over narrow, well-defined roles

Nice to Have

• Experience with Zapier, Make, or Airtable
• Familiarity with analytics, attribution, or data pipelines
• Startup or high-growth environment experience
