Role Description

Wipfli is seeking an Enterprise Data & AI Strategy Consultant to join our Enterprise Data practice and help organizations transform the way they leverage data, analytics, and emerging AI technologies. This role is ideal for a technology consulting professional who enjoys translating business challenges into practical data and technology solutions. You will partner directly with clients to:

• Assess their current state
• Recommend future-state strategies
• Build data and AI roadmaps
• Guide organizations through complex digital transformation initiatives

The ideal candidate combines strong consulting skills, broad technical knowledge across modern data platforms, and the ability to confidently lead conversations with business and technology stakeholders. While technical depth is important, success in this role comes from helping clients understand their options and guiding them toward the right solution for their business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 7+ years of experience within a consulting, professional services, or enterprise technology environment
• Experience leading client-facing technology, data, analytics, or digital transformation engagements
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both business and technical stakeholders
• Demonstrated experience guiding strategy discussions and helping clients make technology decisions
• Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills

Requirements

• Experience working with Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, Azure, Databricks, or similar modern cloud data platforms
• Experience with enterprise data management, data warehousing, analytics, or business intelligence solutions
• Exposure to AI-enabled business solutions, data agents, copilots, or emerging generative AI technologies
• Experience developing data governance, analytics, or modernization roadmaps
• Professional certifications related to cloud platforms, analytics, or data technologies
