Role Description

This role involves leading the digital workplace transformation through AI-driven strategies and solutions.

• AI-Driven Strategy & Architecture: Lead client workshops and discovery sessions to identify business-critical use cases for AI within the digital workplace.
• Strategic Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives and IT leaders, guiding them on digital workplace strategy, roadmaps, and best practices.
• Solution Architecture: Design and architect comprehensive digital workplace solutions.
• Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor technical teams to build AI enabled DWP solutions, create reusable templates of architectural designs, ensuring adherence to quality standards, architectural governance, and project timelines.
• Coordinate and work with Global Client Engagement.
• Pre-Sales & Business Development enablement.
• Technology & Market Acumen.
• Change Management & Adoption.
• Documentation & Governance.
• Ability to travel to client sites as required.

Qualifications

• Digital Workplace Architect with deep expertise in Service desk, Conversational AI, Service Now, Workplace automation, Modern Field services, Consulting, IT services industries sales, Technical presales, solutions architecture (15-20 years).
