Role Description

As a Deep Learning Scientist, you will design and implement advanced neural network architectures to solve complex problems. You will translate theoretical research into high-performance models, optimizing training processes for large-scale distributed environments and specialized hardware.

• Design, develop, and refine custom deep learning model architectures for specialized tasks.
• Implement and optimize large-scale distributed training workflows across multiple GPU nodes.
• Apply mixed-precision training and other optimization techniques to improve computational efficiency.
• Enhance model performance through deep PyTorch expertise and custom operator development.
• Partner with engineering teams to integrate complex deep learning systems into production-ready infrastructure.
• Monitor and tune training dynamics to ensure the stability and convergence of large-scale models.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Deep Learning, Machine Learning, or a related research field.
• Mastery of Python and deep expertise in PyTorch for developing custom model architectures.
• Proven experience with distributed training and GPU optimization techniques at scale.
• Hands-on experience implementing mixed-precision training to improve computational efficiency.
• Solid understanding of large-scale model development and training optimization.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
