Role Description

We’re looking for a skilled and proactive Cybersecurity Engineer (Part-Time) to strengthen our security posture and ensure compliance with international information security standards. This role is responsible for:

• Security monitoring
• Incident response
• Infrastructure hardening
• ISMS implementation
• Ongoing risk management

You will work closely with the CTO and technical teams to build scalable, audit-ready security systems that protect our platform and clients. Success in this role means:

• Strong visibility across systems
• Zero major audit non-conformities
• Well-maintained documentation
• Effective deployment of security tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, EDR, and DLP solutions

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, or related roles
• Strong understanding of cloud security fundamentals
• Solid knowledge of network security principles
• Experience with scripting (Python, Bash, or similar)
• Hands-on experience with vulnerability management tools
• Experience implementing and maintaining ISMS
• Familiarity with international security standards (ISO 27001, SOC 2, or similar)
• Strong analytical thinking and decision-making under uncertainty
• Ability to balance technical depth with regulatory and compliance requirements
• English fluency required

Requirements

• Monitor and respond to security events and incidents across infrastructure and cloud environments
• Deploy, configure, and maintain security tools (SIEM, IDS/IPS, EDR, DLP, vulnerability management systems)
• Design and improve centralized logging and monitoring architecture
• Implement and maintain ISMS in line with international standards (e.g., ISO 27001 or similar frameworks)
• Conduct risk assessments and prioritize mitigation strategies
• Maintain up-to-date security policies, documentation, and audit evidence
• Prepare the organization for internal and external security audits
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align security controls with business objectives
• Provide regular security posture reports to the CTO and management
