Location: This is a remote role, with candidates having the ability to operate out of Capgemini facilities in Boston, Chicago, New York, or Atlanta if in close proximity.

Your Role

• Quality Assurance and Testing:
  • Test software and apply quality assurance techniques to ensure that the developed solutions meet client requirements.
  • Gain practical experience in identifying and addressing software bugs and issues.
• Software Development:
  • Participate in coding, programming tasks, and software development activities.
  • Learn from expert developers and contribute to coding projects under mentorship.
• Data Analysis Support:
  • Assist in data analysis efforts by working with data provided by clients.
  • Contribute to insights and recommendations generation with the mentorship of the team.
• Data-Driven Decision Support:
  • Learn how data analysis drives decision-making in consulting projects.
  • Contribute to the preparation of data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3.4 GPA.
• Pursuing a degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
• Strong curiosity about technology and aptitude to learn and engage.
• Technical Skills: Java/J2EE, .Net, C++, Python, Web Development Technology (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JQuery, JSON), cloud APIs (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of Machine Learning, Large Language Models, and Vision Language Models.
• Effective soft skills for team collaboration and learning from expert engineers.
• Attention to detail and an eagerness to contribute to quality assurance efforts.
• Curiosity about data analysis and its role in decision-making.
• Ability to manage workload, meet objectives, and provide updates on progress.

Benefits

• The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $10,000 for an 8-week internship (~ $31.25/hr equivalent).
• Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
• The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.
• In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
