Role Description

• Write expert-level prompts in Thai across specialized scientific topics.
• Evaluate and annotate model responses for scientific accuracy, helpfulness, and appropriate handling of sensitive content.
• Apply structured guidelines to classify prompts and conversations.
• Shape model reasoning by strengthening how models handle specialized technical topics in Thai.
• Collaborate with AI research teams to improve training data quality and downstream performance.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.

Qualifications

• PhD in chemistry, biology, or a closely related field.
• Native or near-native fluency in Thai, plus business-level written English.
• Deep familiarity with modern laboratory and computational techniques in your subfield.
• Sound judgment around scientific safety and the responsible handling of dual-use information.
• Preferred: Based in Thailand or the wider Southeast Asia region.
• Preferred: Radiological and nuclear coverage from a chemistry background.
• Preferred: Demonstrated depth in a specific subfield like organic or inorganic synthesis, molecular biology, microbiology, virology, or genetics.
• Preferred: Research or coursework on chemical safety and security, biosafety and biosecurity, or hazardous-materials handling.
• Preferred: Experience reviewing, grading, or red-teaming technical content.
