Role Description

EōS Fitness is seeking an Associate AI Solutions Analyst to join our enterprise AI Operations team. This is a great opportunity for an emerging AI practitioner who is eager to apply their knowledge of AI tools and workflows in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

You will support day-to-day AI enablement efforts across the organization by:

• Helping colleagues get the most out of AI tools.
• Assisting in the development of prompts and workflows.
• Contributing to educational and governance initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who is technically curious, people-oriented, and looking to grow their career at the intersection of AI and business.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in an analytical, technical, or business-facing role.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience working with large language models or generative AI tools in a professional or academic setting.
• Demonstrated ability to craft effective prompts for real-world tasks, with an understanding of how to improve and iterate on results.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled workflows or automation concepts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain AI concepts clearly to non-technical colleagues.
• Collaborative working style with a genuine interest in helping others learn and succeed.

Requirements

• Exposure to enterprise AI platforms such as Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service, Google Cloud Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock, or similar.
• Familiarity with workflow or automation tools such as Power Automate or Zapier.
• Interest in instructional design, training, or internal consulting.
• Basic awareness of data privacy considerations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) as they relate to AI use.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Communications, or similar).
