[Hiring] AI Text Validation Specialist @TSMG

Role Description

TSMG is looking for contributors to support an AI language project focused on improving speech recognition systems. You will review AI-generated transcripts and convert them into a natural, readable text format by applying punctuation, capitalization, and formatting rules. This is not a traditional transcription project—you will not transcribe audio or rewrite the content.

• Review AI-generated lexical transcripts.
• Convert transcripts into display text by applying:
  • punctuation;
  • capitalization;
  • formatting for numbers, dates, times, currencies, and other text normalization rules.
• Keep all original words exactly as provided.
• Use the reference audio only when necessary to resolve punctuation or formatting.
• Follow detailed project guidelines and quality standards.
• Complete assigned tasks within project deadlines.

Qualifications

• Excellent written skills in the target language.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions consistently.
• Basic computer skills and a reliable internet connection.
• Ability to work independently and meet productivity targets.
• Previous experience in transcription, annotation, or linguistic projects is a plus but not required.
• Training will be provided before the project starts.
