[Hiring] AI Solutions Architect @Elite Search & Selection

Role Description

Our dynamic international client is looking for a senior, client-facing AI professional (Architect/Consultant) who combines strong technical architecture skills with business consulting experience. The successful candidate will work with European clients to:

• Identify AI opportunities
• Lead discovery workshops
• Design AI solutions
• Guide implementation alongside our engineering teams

You should be comfortable speaking with CEOs and business stakeholders while also discussing architecture with developers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in solution architecture, technical consulting, or enterprise architecture
• Strong understanding of Generative AI and Large Language Models
• Experience designing AI-powered business solutions
• Experience with APIs, integrations, and cloud platforms
• Knowledge of AI agents, RAG, and prompt engineering
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Experience delivering projects for European or international clients
