Role Description

As our AI Research Advisor, you’ll be part of the founding team, and play a very crucial role in helping us realize our vision of an AI-powered ad agency. You will formulate our AI & Data strategy, train and deploy new models.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience developing and debugging AI systems.
• Experience with Ranking, Computer Vision, Diffusion, or Multi-Modal Models is a plus.
• At least two instances of providing significant direction in solving something truly innovative, substantially impacting the company.

Requirements

• Spearhead the development of novel AI systems for:
  • Ads performance prediction
  • Ads creative generation
• Train our own multi-modal (text + image/video) ads performance prediction model.
• Fine-tune LLMs / Diffusion for on-brand & high-quality creatives.
• Train a novel transformers based ads layout generation model.
• Lead the formulation and execution of our AI strategy, including:
  • How to collect & annotate data
  • Which areas to invest in
  • How to sequence efforts to balance short-term goals with long-term vision
• Play a key role in assembling and guiding a team of top-tier AI talent.
