[Hiring] AI Platform Engineer @DwellFi

Role Description

As an AI Platform Engineer, you'll architect and build the systems that power our platform. You'll own the end-to-end development of scalable backend infrastructure and AI agents that analyze data, automate workflows, and generate insights for our users in the Private Asset Management space.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience)
• 1+ years of backend development experience in Python (or strong experience in another language with the ability to ramp quickly)
• Strong understanding of API design and SQL/PostgreSQL schema design
• Experience with background job frameworks like Celery or similar tools
• Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic) and frameworks like LangChain or RAG
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
• Solid understanding of AI/ML or agent-based architectures
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills

Requirements

• This is a full-time role. We prefer candidates who have completed their coursework and are available to join full-time.
• Candidates awaiting graduation results may apply if available full-time and have strong internship or relevant experience.
• Students currently pursuing their degree are encouraged to apply after graduation.
• Pure Data Science/Analyst candidates without Backend coding skills are NOT suitable for this role.
