Role Description

As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an AI Outcomes Principal to act as the commercial and strategic lead within our Forward Deployed AI pods. Your role will be to embed within client business units, identify high-ROI opportunities, gather and develop requirements with stakeholders, and drive the delivery of AI initiatives from concept through to prototype adoption. You will act as an independent enabling function, supporting both the client and our internal delivery teams.

Your Role at Sedona Digital:

• Take ownership of the AI opportunity pipeline, building credibility with the client's executive team.
• Ensure rapid prototypes are aligned with strategic business goals.
• Bridge the gap between Frontier Solutions Engineers and client business stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of AI adoption and pull through larger enterprise delivery contracts.
• Hands-on consulting role with a growth outlook, ideal for someone with deep delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and requirement gathering sessions with client business stakeholders.
• Translate operational bottlenecks into structured briefs for rapid prototyping.
• Support the build of initial solutions with hands-on AI augmented experience.
• Build compelling business cases and ROI models for AI investments.
• Develop and manage the future delivery plan, creating a prioritized pipeline of AI use cases.
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of the initial AI engagement.
• Collaborate with Frontier Solutions Engineers to combine client data with LLM service capabilities.
• Evangelize working prototypes to non-technical executives.
• Transition successful prototypes to Sedona Digital’s broader engineering teams for production scale-out.
• Initiate and drive the adoption of AI technologies within the client environment.
• Champion responsible AI practices, ensuring solutions align with governance and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Professional Services, technology consulting, or a strategic client-facing delivery role.
• BSc/MSc in Business, Computer Science, or a similar discipline.
• Technical intuition: Ability to comprehend code prototypes (e.g., reading Python, understanding API structures).
• Strong ability to build commercial business cases, delivery roadmaps, and project pipelines.
• Excellent communication skills, able to run workshops and manage stakeholder interviews.
• Experience delivering solutions in financial services, insurance, fintech, or similarly regulated environments.
• One or more Microsoft professional AI certifications (e.g., AB-100, AB-730, AB-731, AB-900).
