Role Description

We are seeking a hands-on AI Lead / Lead Generative AI Engineer with a strong SAP background to design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade GenAI solutions integrated with SAP ecosystems. This role will focus on leveraging LLMs, RAG pipelines, and AI-driven automation to optimize SAP business processes (FICO, MM, SD, etc.) and drive innovation from POC to production deployment. The ideal candidate combines deep SAP functional/technical expertise with modern AI/GenAI implementation experience.

• Design and implement Generative AI solutions integrated with SAP systems (S/4HANA, ECC, BTP)
• Build and optimize prompt engineering workflows for SAP-driven use cases
• Develop RAG pipelines using enterprise SAP data (structured + unstructured)
• Lead POC development and scale solutions to production environments
• Automate SAP business processes using AI/LLM-based solutions
• Collaborate with SAP functional teams (FICO, MM, SD) to translate business needs into AI workflows
• Implement AI-driven testing, validation, and SDLC optimization

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in Generative AI / LLM implementation
• Expertise in:
  • Prompt Engineering
  • RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
  • AI Agents and LLM workflows
• Experience with frameworks/tools:
  • LangChain
  • LlamaIndex
  • LangGraph
  • OpenAI / Azure OpenAI APIs
• Strong SAP background (mandatory):
  • SAP S/4HANA or ECC
  • SAP modules like FICO, MM, SD, or ABAP
  • Experience integrating external applications with SAP
• Hands-on experience deploying AI solutions on AWS or Azure
• Experience building end-to-end AI applications (POC → production)
• Strong understanding of AI evaluation techniques and model tuning

Nice to Have

• Experience with SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) and AI services
• Exposure to SAP AI Core / AI Launchpad
• Knowledge of CDS Views, OData, or SAP APIs
• Experience in enterprise automation, testing, or analytics using AI
