[Hiring] AI GTM Engineer @Endor Labs

Role Description

As an AI GTM Engineer, you will be the driving force behind Endor Labs’ internal AI transformation. In close coordination with the CEO & E-Staff, you will work across every non-engineering function – Sales, Marketing, Business Development, BizOps, and G&A – to identify high-impact use cases where AI agents and automation can dramatically improve productivity, speed, and quality of execution. This is not a strategy-only role; you will get your hands dirty building and shipping AI-powered workflows, from proof of concept through production deployment.

• Partner closely with department heads to understand workflows, pain points, and operational bottlenecks.
• Design, build, and deploy AI agent-based solutions leveraging platforms like Claude, Gemini, and custom integrations.
• Automate repetitive work, enhance decision-making, and unlock capacity across the organization.
• Own the change management process: training teams, building internal champions, measuring adoption, and iterating until AI becomes a natural part of operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, AI/ML engineering, or technical operations.
• Proven ability to build and ship AI-powered solutions in a business context.
• Deep understanding of go-to-market operations, including Sales, Marketing, BD, and BizOps workflows.
• Strong change management instincts.
• A “builder” mindset with startup DNA.

• Conduct deep-dive assessments of workflows to identify automation and AI augmentation opportunities.
• Build and maintain an AI opportunity roadmap, prioritizing use cases by ROI, feasibility, and strategic value.
• Stay at the frontier of AI tooling and agent frameworks.
• Design, build, and deploy AI agent-based workflows and automations.
• Own the full lifecycle from rapid prototyping to production-grade deployment.
• Integrate AI solutions with existing tools and systems.
• Design and execute a comprehensive change management strategy.
• Develop and deliver training programs tailored to each department’s specific AI use cases.
• Identify and cultivate AI champions within each team.
• Track adoption metrics, gather feedback, and iterate on tools and training.
