Role Description

Arine is revolutionizing healthcare workflows through our AI Outreach initiative. We are building a configurable, Agentic calling framework that uses ambient listening and AI-driven orchestration for patient, pharmacy, and provider interventions. This project aims to elevate clinical workflows, ensure highly personalized patient engagement, and deliver measurable improvements in clinical outcomes.

What You’ll be Doing

• SOAP Note Transformation:
  • Focus on the AI logic required to convert unstructured call summarizations into high-quality, clinical-grade SOAP (Subjective, Objective, Assessment, and Plan) notes.
  • Leverage foundation models like Claude 3.5 Sonnet to extract structured clinical facts from live transcripts.
• Prompt Generation & Agent Behavior:
  • Help build Arine's prompt generation, defining guardrails and determining how the agent should respond to questions or comments from stakeholders.
  • Ensure complex, human-aware AI engagement that understands patient sentiment and care gaps in real-time.

Qualifications

• Experience with LLMs (e.g., Claude, GPT-X) and prompt engineering.
• Familiarity with AWS (Bedrock, Lambda) and Python.
• Experience with Azure (AI Foundry).
• Interest in healthcare technology and clinical documentation workflows.
• Completed Bachelor's degree or Master's Degree.
