[Hiring] AI Engineer - Next Generation AI-native Applications @OPS

Role Description

As a Developer at OPS, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development and maintenance of our core software products. You will work on enhancing our web-based HRMS and our mobile application, ensuring they remain secure, scalable, and user-friendly for thousands of users across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Feature Development: Build and deploy new modules for our HRMS (leave management, attendance, performance tracking).
• Mobile App Enhancement: Improve our Employee Engagement App’s functionality, focusing on intuitive UX and real-time data access.
• Payroll Automation: Develop and optimize complex logic for payroll calculations, tax compliance, and WPS integrations.
• Security & Performance: Ensure data integrity and platform security (ISO 27001 standards) through robust coding practices.
• AI Integration: Contribute to our roadmap of integrating AI-driven insights and automation into HR workflows.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in modern web technologies (e.g., Node.js, React, or .NET/C#) and mobile frameworks (Flutter or React Native).
• Strong experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and handling sensitive financial data.
• Familiarity with AWS or Azure deployment and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to translate complex payroll regulations into seamless software logic.
• 3+ years in software development, ideally within SaaS, FinTech, or HR Tech.
