Role Description
本ポジション（L3-L4）は、特定領域のスペシャリスト（L3）としての実力に加え、大規模・高難度な戦略案件をリードし、事業の非連続な成長（スケール）を牽引する「エース（L4）」としての役割を担う、BizDev組織の最前線となるポジションです。
Qualifications
- エンタープライズ規模の企業に対するDX、AI、または経営改善プロジェクトのリード実績
- 複雑な利害関係を調整し、契約締結およびプロジェクトを成功に導く「完遂力」
- 日本語ネイティブレベルのコミュニケーション能力（精緻な「ワードチョイス」ができる方）
- Engineerとしての実務経験があること

- 戦略的顧客とのパートナーシップ構築
- 新規市場の足場固め
- 部門横断の調整
