[Hiring] AI Data Scientist / AI Evaluation Specialist @Zensar

Role Description

• Create and curate high‑quality datasets (structured & unstructured) for AI/LLM training
• Generate synthetic data, prompts, and “golden answers”
• Evaluate AI‑generated outputs for quality, logic, and accuracy
• Review and improve evaluation rubrics and scoring criteria
• Rebuild and validate Python/Colab notebooks for data science problems
• Assess model‑generated code across multiple programming languages
• Review dashboards and data visualizations for correctness and insights

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Python (pandas, numpy, Jupyter/Colab)
• Solid foundation in Data Science, ML, and Statistics
• Experience with data visualization (matplotlib, plotly, etc.)
• Ability to evaluate complex AI outputs and analytical reasoning
• Experience with prompt engineering or AI evaluation is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking

Requirements

• A versatile data scientist or AI specialist who enjoys both building and evaluating data, models, and code, and can work with precision in fast‑moving AI projects.
• 4 to 8 years of professional experience in Data Analytics or a related technical field.
• Engineering background (B.E./B.Tech or equivalent).
