[Hiring] AI Creative Producer @Homa

Role Description

At Homa, AI is already part of how we make ads, playables and 3D assets. Now we need someone to turn it into a system that moves business results: faster wins, lower CPI (cost per install) and lower cost per winning ad.

You'll join our Creatives team and report to our Head of Creatives. You'll own the full cycle, from idea and brief to finished ad, and you'll work closely with UA, data and creative leads. You'll have access to the best AI models and tools from day one.

Your Responsibilities

• Map our creative cycle (insights, production, testing, learnings) and find where AI saves the most time or lifts performance.
• Build and own end-to-end AI pipelines and automations, from hypothesis to tool choice to rollout in the team.
• Come up with ideas, write briefs, and produce AI creatives yourself (video, playables, 3D), turning ideas into ads that win.
• Set the quality bar for the team, and push AI output until it's on-brand and stops the scroll.
• Choose what to automate with UA, data and creative leads, then measure the impact on speed, cost and performance.
• Keep testing new AI models and tools like Veo, Sora, Kling and Runway, and turn the useful ones into team workflows.
• Design workflows that scale across games, and train the team so they can use them without you.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in motion or video design, ideally on ads, with a portfolio that includes AI-made work.
• Visual taste. You can tell a good ad from a generic one, and you finish AI output by hand when it needs it.
• Hands-on AI video skills, plus strong After Effects or similar motion tools.
• A gaming background. You know mobile games, ideally hybrid-casual or casual, and what makes players tap.
• Critical and marketing thinking. You think in hooks, audiences and performance data, not just assets.
• Systems and automation expertise. You don't just make AI creatives, you design workflows that scale across games.
• Full autonomy. You spot problems, decide, ship and report without being managed day to day.

Bonus Points

• UA or performance creative experience, ideally with winning ads on networks like AppLovin.
• Hands-on experience with Blender or other 3D tools, Unity, or playable ad tools.
