Role Description

We are looking for an AI Builder to join our GTM Operations team. This role sits at the intersection of operations, systems, and AI — designing, building, and scaling intelligent workflows that transform how work gets done across Eleos Health. Reporting to the VP of GTM Operations, you will partner across the organization to:

• Identify inefficiencies
• Translate business needs into technical solutions
• Deploy AI-powered systems that drive speed, accuracy, and better decision-making

This is not a strategy role — it is a builder role, and the output is working systems in production. Location: US or IL (Israel), remote-eligible.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building production workflows using automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, n8n, Workato, or similar
• Practical experience applying AI and LLM tools to real operational workflows — including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, or open-source models — with at least one deployed example you can speak to concretely
• Strong systems thinking and ability to connect processes, data, and tools into cohesive, integrated solutions
• Comfort working across both technical and non-technical stakeholders and translating between the two
• Demonstrated ability to move quickly from idea to prototype to production, with a bias toward simplification and measurable impact
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in workflow automation, AI operations, RevOps, or a technical GTM or systems role

Requirements

• Experience with APIs, data pipelines, or low-code / no-code platforms
• Exposure to CRM, support, or operational SaaS systems
• Background in operations, systems design, or process improvement
