Qualifications

• 3+ years building business automations and data solutions within a B2B environment.
• Strong Power BI experience including dashboards, data models, DAX, and production reporting.
• Hands-on experience with Python and SQL for data transformation and automation.
• Experience using automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, or similar low-code tools.
• Practical experience leveraging AI platforms such as GPT or Claude for workflow automation.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, structured tables, and connected workbooks.
• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and modern SaaS ecosystems.
• Excellent English communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Time-zone alignment: Comfortable working US business hours.
