[Hiring] AI & Automation Engineer @HAVI

Role Description

We are looking for an AI Engineer to join our TechHUB in Lisbon! You will be a key contributor within the AI & Automation Factory, responsible for designing, building, and deploying production-ready AI capabilities, with a primary emphasis on Generative AI (GenAI) and agentic solutions that can reason, plan, and execute actions via tools and enterprise integrations.

• Partner closely with Solution Architect, Solution Analysts, Data Stewards, Data Analysts, Product Owners, and business SMEs.
• Deliver secure, reliable, and scalable AI solutions across the end-to-end lifecycle—from discovery and prototyping through engineering, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI/ML, Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience.
• Professional experience in software engineering (backend and/or full-stack).
• Any level of hands-on exposure to GenAI solutions (e.g., RAG, prompt orchestration, tool/function calling, agent frameworks).
• Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems using APIs, events, queues, ETL/ELT, and identity/security controls.
• Proven experience operating solutions with monitoring, logging, incident triage, and performance/cost optimization.
• Fluency in English.
