Role Description

Ascendix Technologies is scaling its AI delivery capability and looking for a senior-level AI Architect who can lead real-world AI implementations across client delivery, solution architecture, and pre-sales. What You’ll Do

• Architect & Deliver AI-First Solutions
  • Design and build production-grade AI-powered applications.
  • Implement RAG pipelines, AI copilots, LLM integrations, and agentic workflows.
  • Own architecture decisions across backend, infrastructure, scalability, and deployment.
  • Lead technical delivery for client-facing AI initiatives.
• Use AI to Accelerate Engineering
  • We expect AI to be part of your development workflow.
  • You should already be using:
    • LLM-assisted coding;
    • AI-powered development tools;
    • Prompt engineering;
    • AI-based testing and code review;
    • Intelligent automation workflows.
• Support Pre-Sales & Client Conversations
  • Join discovery and solutioning calls with prospects.
  • Translate business problems into realistic technical solutions.
  • Provide architecture direction and delivery estimates.
  • Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Help Shape the AI Practice
  • Define reusable AI architecture patterns.
  • Improve AI delivery standards and engineering workflows.
  • Influence tooling, implementation approaches, and best practices.
  • Work directly with senior architects and leadership/C-level.
  • Mentor engineers and team leads on AI delivery practices.
  • Lead and operate small delivery teams under compressed timelines.

Qualifications

• AI Engineering & Delivery (Products and with AI)
  • Hands-on experience integrating LLMs into real applications.
  • Experience with RAG, AI agents, copilots, or AI workflow orchestration.
  • Experience using AI in development workflow (LLM-assisted coding, prompt engineering, AI-based testing/code review, automation).
• Architecture & Backend Engineering
  • Strong backend engineering and architecture experience.
  • Proven experience shipping production systems end-to-end.
  • Infrastructure and scalability awareness.
• Client-Facing & Communication
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills.
  • Solid English proficiency suitable for executive-facing conversations.
• Ways of Working
  • Ability to operate with high ownership and minimal handholding.
  • Works effectively within a delivery team, including engineers, consultants, and BAs.

Requirements

• Consulting or pre-sales experience (POC scoping, proposal shaping, estimation).
• Full-stack development background.
• Salesforce or CRM ecosystem exposure.
• Experience in real estate or financial services domains.
