- Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en A&B: manejo de personal, inventarios, proveedores, indicadores, servicio al cliente y análisis PyG.
- Liderar operación y cumplimiento de metas.
- Analizar indicadores.
- Elaborar informes en Excel.
- Capacitar y desarrollar equipos.
- Garantizar estándares y proponer mejoras.
