Role Description

At FXW GmbH, we help companies streamline and automate their business processes using the Zoho ecosystem and AI-powered solutions. We work with ambitious SMEs across Europe to build scalable, efficient, and modern digital workplaces.

We're looking for a Zoho Consultant who enjoys understanding business processes and transforming them into practical Zoho solutions.

Location: Germany or Türkiye · Remote

Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer requirements and business processes
• Design and implement Zoho-based solutions
• Configure Zoho One applications
• Lead customer workshops and onboarding sessions
• Optimize CRM, Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations workflows
• Identify automation opportunities
• Work closely with our development team
• Support customers throughout implementation projects

Qualifications

• Experience with Zoho One or individual Zoho applications
• Strong communication and consulting skills
• Structured and solution-oriented mindset
• Fluent German (C1+) and good English
• Experience with CRM or ERP projects is a plus
