[Hiring] Working Student – Business & Operations Support @CROZ DACH GmbH

Role Description

Your mission is to support various projects covering a wide range of business and operational topics, including:

• ESG reporting
• Risk management
• Internal process improvements
• Administrative tasks

Tasks could include:

• Preparing slides for weekly meetings
• Creating visualizations such as UML diagrams in Miro
• Researching ESG and HR regulations
• Updating internal documents
• Maintaining our website
• Preparing ideation or product workshops
• Tracking GHG emissions
• Assisting with travel management
• Supporting event organization

Qualifications

• Curiosity and structured thinking
• Willingness to learn
• Background in business, communications, or humanities
• Familiarity with tools like PowerPoint, Miro, and Content Management Systems
• Basic knowledge of project and product management and workshop methods

Requirements

• Very good German skills (indispensable for ESG and HR related topics)
• Fluency in English (required for communication with Croatian colleagues)
• Ability to translate content from English to German and vice versa
