[Hiring] Workflow Specialist @Radiology Partners

Role Description

Support radiologists, clients, and CORE teammates by monitoring, controlling, and optimizing daily radiology workflow to ensure established deadlines are met.

• Troubleshoot and resolve workflow, application, and exam-related issues, escalating to IT and operations as needed to support timely reads.
• Train CORE teammates on radiology applications and workflows, maintaining accurate and accessible CORE documentation.
• Monitor worklists, analyze workflow metrics, and recommend improvements while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and operational procedures.
• Remote, U.S.-based position with a fast-paced environment requiring flexibility, strong communication skills, and adaptability to changing priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in radiology, healthcare, or healthcare information technology.
• Experience in a Service Desk / Help Desk or workflow support environment preferred.
• Strong understanding of radiology workflows, PACS systems, and clinical operations from technologist to radiologist perspective.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong customer service, organizational, and analytical abilities.
• Ability to thrive under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and apply creative problem-solving to resolve issues efficiently.

Requirements

• The salary range for this position is $55,000.00–$65,000.00. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.
