Role Description

This position is responsible for assisting with the design and deployment of customized Quanum Enterprise Content Management (ECM) business process automation solutions, achieving our customer’s unique process improvement objectives. This includes working through the full development life cycle including:

• Analysis
• Specification
• Design
• Development
• Testing
• Implementation
• Support

The Workflow Consultant must be able to:

• Learn technologies and business issues/resolutions quickly
• Make business recommendations that fit customer needs
• Deliver and support the business process automation solution in a timely, professional manner

The Workflow Consultant participates in cross-functional teams, supporting several concurrent projects and provides second-tier support to the Quanum ECM support area.
