[Hiring] Workday Consultant, Strategic Consulting @Cielo

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Workday Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of at least 2+ years of experience in Workday configuration, implementation, and support. In this role you will collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions, ensuring system optimization and alignment with industry best practices.

Location Specifics: U.S. based

Position Setup: Remote

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a Workday consultant, with a proven track record of supporting or implementing Workday solutions utilizing Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in configuring at least one or more Workday HCM or Finance module(s) (e.g., Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Talent & Performance, Financial Management, Recruiting, etc.).
• Experience with all phases of the Workday implementation lifecycle (requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment).
• Experience with Workday tools such as Report Writer, calculated fields, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), and Core Connectors with a strong working knowledge of web services and the Workday security framework.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into understandable presentations for clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant Workday implementation experience in a client-facing role. Preferred industries include Consulting, IT, & Corporate settings.
• Active Workday Certification in one or more HCM or Finance modules is highly preferred.
• English required.
