Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Workday Consultant to help ensure our clients are utilizing the best possible Workday solution specifically with Absence and Time Tracking experience.

Provide expert guidance and support in the configuration, implementation, and optimization of Workday Absence and Time Tracking modules.
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective Workday solutions.
Design and configure Workday Absence and Time Tracking modules according to client specifications while adhering to best practices and ensuring system optimization.
Conduct workshops and analyze existing processes to propose effective solutions within the Workday framework.
Provide expert guidance on Workday functionalities, features, and capabilities pertaining to absence management and time tracking.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Absence and Time Tracking modules with other HR systems and processes.
Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support to maintain the stability and functionality of Workday configurations and integrations.
Manage your own day while meeting set objectives and client demands.
Connect with team members using IM, video calls, and an online ticketing system.

Qualifications

At least 3 years' experience with Workday Absence & Time Tracking Management configuration.
Workday Absence certification.
Experience in end-to-end Workday implementations and post-go-live support for Absence and Time Tracking solutions.
Attention to detail and the ability to see the big picture, pragmatic problem solver.
Experience with Workday Report Writer, calculated fields, dashboards, and analytics within Workday Time & Absence.
Excellent planning, interpersonal, and time management skills with a track record of following through on dedications.
Fluent in English (writing, reading, and speaking).

Requirements

Ability to communicate effectively (in English) with cross-functional teams.
Explain complex concepts in easy, understandable terms.
Align HR/business knowledge with Workday functionality.
Proactively drive process improvements.
Comfortable with video calls and proactive in keeping communication channels open with clients and team.

Other Qualifications/Skills

College or University Degree in Information Systems.
Knowledge of absence and time tracking compliance laws across multiple regions/countries.
Familiarity with Agile project methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
