Role Description

The Winserver Customer Engineer will engage with enterprise customers, leveraging technical expertise to deliver solutions and support.

• Degree qualification or equivalent experience
• Good understanding of ITIL/Service Management

• Ability to deliver presentations and discuss complimentary products at a solutions level
• Ability to handle customer critical issues and work in difficult situations

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in architecture designs, deployment, troubleshooting, technology management
• Self-reliant and strong team player, working in a fast-paced environment where technology and customers' requirements can change regularly
• Understanding of Microsoft's Modern IT Architecture and Strategy
• PowerShell/Scripting experience

Requirements

• Technical experience with on-premises infrastructures, architecture designs, deployment, troubleshooting, and technology management
• Deep understanding in Exchange server architecture 2010/2013/2016
• Deep troubleshooting skills with Exchange server 2010/2013/2016
• Designing & implementing services of MS Exchange server (2010, 2013, 2016, 2019) such as: High availability (DAG), Public Folders, Mail Flow, Disaster Recovery, Managed Availability, Messaging Policies, Compliance, Configuring Reporting & Logging
• Experience in assessing Exchange Servers, health checks of existing solutions, provide best practice recommendations, guidance on clients, supporting customers on their operations in Exchange environments which includes change, release, performance, and availability management
• Experience with Exchange migrations, upgrades, and optimizations
• Deep understanding in SMTP
• Experience and skills with Failover Clustering
• Proven track record in successfully planning, deploying, operating, and optimizing on-premises environments
• Deep understanding in Active Directory architecture 2008/2016
• Experience in designing and implementing Active Directory
• Experience in backup and restore Active Directory
• Experience in troubleshooting Active Directory
