Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required.
• 2+ years in real estate/wholesale and transaction coordination.
• Strong communication, project management, attention to detail, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Google Apps, Outlook, CRM systems, Qualia, and other real estate tech preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
• Commitment to providing exceptional service and ensuring client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Oversee all aspects of real estate transactions from contract to close, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
• Prepare, distribute, and review contracts, addendums, disclosures, and other required documents while maintaining accurate and compliant records.
• Manage closing events, moving schedules, and documentation. Initiate title orders and collaborate with title agencies to ensure smooth transactions.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients, real estate agents, and stakeholders, providing updates and addressing any concerns.
• Regularly update CRM with detailed transaction notes.
• Resolve transaction issues promptly and assign tasks to ensure timely completion.
• Support new team members with training on transaction coordination processes and best practices.
