• Share structured online learning programmes and resources
• Use simple digital tools to follow up and track outcomes in the CRM
• Work independently with onboarding and ongoing support

Qualifications

• Backgrounds in wellness coaching, yoga/Pilates, nutrition, fitness, counselling, occupational health, L&D or client services
• Clear communicators confident with Zoom/Teams, diary management, and CRM
• Self-directed, organised professionals who value meaningful work
