Role Description

We’re hiring a Website & Digital Experience Manager to transform the Attitude Effort Results website into a high-impact growth engine. This role owns the strategy, performance, and evolution of the website. They focus on driving traffic, generating leads, and creating a seamless brand experience across the website, social media, and sales efforts. This person will have real ownership, freedom to build, and direct influence on the company’s growth.

• Own the overall performance of the AER website, with a focus on traffic growth, lead generation, and conversion.
• Manage and continuously improve the website experience (UX, content, structure, speed, and mobile responsiveness).
• Create new pages, funnels, and site outlines as the brand grows (program pages, landing pages, campaigns, resources).
• Collaborate closely with social media and sales teams to ensure brand consistency, messaging alignment, and smooth lead handoff.
• Implement SEO best practices to improve discoverability and organic traffic.
• Track, analyze, and report on website performance metrics, turning insights into clear action.
• Introduce new features, ideas, and experiments (landing pages, CTAs, A/B tests) to improve results.
• Maintain website health, updates, and basic security while coordinating with developers or vendors as needed.
