[Hiring] Webinar Host @Twin Health

Role Description

We are looking for a Webinar Host who can walk into a virtual room of many strangers and make every single one of them feel like you're speaking directly to them. This is not a presenting role. This is not a reading-off-slides role. This is a conversation. A trust-building exercise — every single session.

You will be the face and voice of Twin Health's live webinar programme — hosting sessions for prospective members, explaining how Twin works, answering questions live, and converting curious attendees into committed members. You will be the reason someone decides — yes, I want to try Twin.

What You Will Do

• Host live webinars for prospective Twin members every week.
• Explain complex health concepts — metabolism, diabetes reversal, digital twin technology — in simple, warm, conversational language.
• Manage live Q&A sessions confidently and empathetically.
• Adapt tone and content based on the audience.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to refine webinar scripts and formats over time.
• Track session performance — attendance, engagement, conversion — and actively work to improve.

Qualifications

• Exceptional spoken English — clear, warm, confident and conversational.
• Hindi fluency is essential — comfortable switching naturally between both.
• Any additional Indian regional language is a strong advantage (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Marathi, Bengali).
• Basic understanding of health and wellness.
• Experience in hosting, anchoring, training, teaching, or any live audience format (at least 2 years).
• Ability to think on your feet and handle live Q&A gracefully.
• Comfortable and confident on camera.
