Role Description

We are looking for a dedicated Webinar & Conference Producer to join our dynamic team! This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for science communication, webinar production, and event management. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of webinars and online events. This role will involve:

• Sourcing speakers
• Curating scientific agendas
• Managing technical aspects
• Ensuring an engaging virtual experience for audiences and clients

Qualifications

• Previous experience in event production OR a bachelor's degree in a scientific field (e.g., Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or related discipline)
• Experience in a client-facing role and project management
• Marketing experience (desirable)
• Understanding of the science industry (preferred)

• Technically adept and comfortable learning new software
• Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
• Outgoing and comfortable engaging with clients, scientists, and key opinion leaders
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively
• Demonstrable passion for science and science communication
• Flexibility to accommodate occasional work outside normal office hours to support global audiences
