Role Description

Application of Protection Film:
- Precisely cut and apply protective films to various types of watches, ensuring no air bubbles, wrinkles, or imperfections.
Surface Preparation:
- Clean and prepare the watch surface before applying the protection film to ensure optimal adhesion and a smooth finish.
Quality Control:
- Inspect each finished installation for defects, ensuring it meets company standards and customer expectations.
Customization:
- Occasionally customize protection films to fit the specific design and shape of the watch model.
Customer Service:
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and explain the benefits of watch protection film.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
Inventory Management:
- Maintain a stock of protection film materials and related tools.
- Ensure that the necessary items are available for day-to-day operations.
Maintenance of Tools and Equipment:
- Regularly clean and maintain tools and equipment used for the application of protection films.
Adherence to Safety Standards:
- Follow all safety guidelines to avoid any damage to the watch or injury during the installation process.
Work Efficiency:
- Meet daily and weekly installation goals while maintaining high standards of quality.

Qualifications

Have experience minimum of 2 years as a watch sticker installation for brands like RX8, Watchskin, or any other watch sticker brand.
Must be able to focus on small details to ensure that each protection film is applied seamlessly.
Previous experience in applying protection films to small, delicate items (preferably watches or similar accessories) is a plus.
Good hand-eye coordination and the ability to work with precision.
Strong communication skills to engage with customers and answer any questions.
Ability to manage time effectively and work efficiently to meet deadlines.
