Role Description

The Walmart Virtual Assistant is responsible for managing daily store operations on Walmart Marketplace, including:

• Catalog management
• Order fulfillment
• Customer service
• Account health monitoring
• Inventory management
• Keyword research
• Brand shop management

This role requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and familiarity with Walmart’s platform policies and algorithm to ensure smooth business operations.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate, College Undergraduate, or College Graduate.
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, particularly Walmart Seller Center, is a plus.
• Background in Finance and comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets, including formulas, is a plus.
• Reasonable analytical and logical skills.
• Good character and willing to work on a graveyard shift is a plus.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Willingness to undergo training and adapt to new processes.
• Available for full-time work.
