  • Define and manage the corporate travel technology roadmap, incorporating input from clients, account management, operations, sales, and industry trends to prioritize investment and drive innovation.

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new technology opportunities, assess emerging travel tech trends including AI and next-generation booking platforms, and ensure the company remains at the forefront of corporate travel technology.
  • Benchmark key performance indicators across technology solutions and drive best practices to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency across all platforms.

  • Define and govern internal/external SLAs across platforms and support teams, including escalations, response times, and resolution targets aligned to client commitments.
  • Manage client expectations with clear status and resolution communications; serve as senior escalation for high-impact client technology issues.
  • Own CSAT and SLA performance: run implementation/support feedback loops (surveys, ticket trends, client input), report uptime/incidents/milestones, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions.
  • Lead change management for client platform migrations, with clear communications, training, and go-live support to minimize disruption and protect CSAT.
  • Drive adoption via scorecards and site audits; partner with account management and marketing to increase utilization and feature awareness.
  • Manage third-party vendors to SLAs; escalate defects, track remediation to closure, and prevent vendor issues from impacting client commitments.
  • Enforce policies to ensure platforms and partners meet data security, integrity, GDPR, SOX, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for technology solutions with clear positioning, messaging, and launch plans in partnership with marketing and sales.

  • Drive AI adoption (intelligent servicing, automation, proactive insights) to improve advisor productivity, traveler experience, and service quality.
  • Partner across Altour (operations, sales, account management, marketing, information security) to align priorities and deliver client outcomes.
  • Manage capacity, timelines, dependencies, and risks; communicate status clearly to stakeholders.
