[Hiring] Virtualization Engineer @Bright Vision Technologies

Role Description

We are looking for a Virtualization Engineer to design, deploy, and operate VMware-based virtualization, software-defined networking, and software-defined storage platforms across on-premises and hybrid cloud environments. The role covers:

• vSphere
• vSAN
• NSX
• Aria
• Tanzu

The focus will be on:

• Automation
• Capacity management
• Operating a large VMware estate alongside modern cloud-native workloads

The ideal candidate has operated VMware platforms at enterprise scale, navigates the evolving VMware product landscape pragmatically, and brings strong automation and operations discipline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Five or more years of hands-on VMware platform engineering experience
• Deep expertise in vSphere, vCenter, and ESXi
• Hands-on experience with vSAN and storage policy management
• Experience with NSX-T or NSX-V networking
• Strong PowerCLI scripting skills and experience with automation tooling
• Familiarity with Tanzu Kubernetes Grid or VMware container platforms
• Strong understanding of disaster recovery patterns and SRM
• Strong troubleshooting skills across compute, network, and storage layers
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience

Benefits

• 100% Remote (U.S.)
• Full-time, Direct W2
• Salary Range: $80,000–$105,000 Annually
