Role Description

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Virtual Support Assistant to provide remote administrative and operational support to our team. The successful candidate will assist with scheduling, email and customer communication, data entry, document management, and day-to-day administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working independently, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining excellent communication and attention to detail.

• Manage email correspondence, calendars, appointments, and schedules.
• Respond to customer and internal inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Provide administrative and operational support to managers and team members.
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain digital records.
• Prepare, organize, and update documents, spreadsheets, and reports.
• Schedule meetings and coordinate virtual appointments.
• Assist with customer follow-ups and routine communications.
• Maintain organized electronic filing systems.
• Assist with online research and information gathering.
• Monitor task lists and follow up on outstanding assignments.
• Coordinate virtual meetings and help prepare meeting materials.
• Support basic invoicing, expense tracking, and administrative processes as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
• Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of administrative, customer service, virtual assistant, or related experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Comfortable using email, video conferencing, cloud-based applications, and other online tools.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable internet connection and suitable home-office workspace.
• Professional, dependable, and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
