[Hiring] Virtual Scheduling Coordinator @ReWorks Solutions

Role Description

We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented Virtual Scheduling Coordinator to support day-to-day staff communication, scheduling, documentation review, and hiring coordination.

• Staff Messaging & Scheduling: Communicate with therapy staff via text and email to confirm whether sessions have taken place or are upcoming, and coordinate scheduling changes as needed.
• Daily Notes Review: Review therapist session notes each day — approve and push through notes that meet standard, and flag any that need correction or follow-up.
• Candidate Interviews: Conduct interviews with job candidates as part of the hiring process.
• Interview Scheduling: Message and schedule candidates for upcoming interviews.
• Interview Recording: Record candidate interviews and send recordings to the relevant team.
• Data Entry: Accurately transfer numerical data from source documents into Excel spreadsheets.

Qualifications

• Strong written communication skills — comfortable managing a high volume of text and email correspondence.
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to review documentation and identify issues that need flagging.
• Comfortable conducting interviews and interacting with candidates professionally.
• Basic Excel skills, or willingness to learn.

Requirements

• Working Hours: US Hours (9am-5pm EST)
• Full-Time, Remote Work.
• Salary: South African Rand (ZAR)
