[Hiring] Virtual Event Producer @Momentive

Role Description

What You'll Do

• Produce Events (70%)
  • Work alongside the Virtual Events team to understand the clients’ vision of the event, manage pre-event preparation, live event facilitation, and post-event recording production.
  • Assist with connecting and training presenters on the platform.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues as they arise.
  • Clearly and accurately read scripts publicly on live virtual events.
  • Ensure quality audio and video for the live virtual event and recording.
  • Create archive recordings to be used by the client for future trainings.
• Operational Support (30%)
  • Maintain accurate quality records and updated SOPs.
  • Build strong client relationships through effective communication, professionalism, and adhering to established timelines.

What Success Looks Like

• First 90 Days:
  • Effectively producing client events while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Participating in internal conversations about product improvement, operations, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience facilitating virtual events; Zoom and Adobe Connect preferred.
• Experience with A/V production tools and techniques, including editing; Adobe Premiere Pro experience preferred.
• Highly technical; aptitude to learn new software quickly and independently.
• Ability to prioritize and organize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Fierce attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills; project management experience a plus.
• Ability to work with colleagues across multiple time zones and cultures.
• Flexible schedule: facilitation of monthly events in European time zones required.

Requirements

• Experience in pharma or life science industries preferred.
